Fevercalm is a chamomile and catnip Glycerite. Glycerites are extracts (tinctures) made from glycerin rather than alcohol. Despite it’s stimulant properties in kitty cats, catnip has relaxing properties in humans. It relieves inflammation, which makes it good for arthritis, and even fevers. Because it is relaxing it also makes an excellent before-bed remedy. So if you’ve got a little one who’s awake with a fever, a few drops of catnip tincture go a long way to getting a good night's sleep.
