Similar to elderberry syrup, this Elderberry Oxymel is shelf stable! Using traditional methods of fermenting and preserving the herbal harvest - we infuse and ferment our fresh local elderberries into live apple cider vinegar, then add raw, local wildflower honey. Seasonal variations include ferments with herbs like goldenrod, yarrow, dandelion, horehound and more.
