Looking for a tea that's not-so-predictable? This blend changes depending on the harvest for that week, month or even season. Enjoy different combinations of bold florals grown in limited quantities, with tea garden standards like wild bergamot, holy basil, betony and mint.

Current Blend: Mimosa flower and leaf, Chicory Flower, Lemon Balm
This blend is milder than our usual seasonal blends. Mimosa and chicory lend a mild sweetness to lemon balm. All three refreshing and light. Great for a summer tea. Steep hot to get all the medicinal benefits, but enjoy it iced too! Mimosa is known as the happiness tree in China where it originates, and is reported to lift moods. The flowers are said to soothe a broken heart. Lemon Balm is also a nervine and helpful to lift the mood. And chicory flowers lend their bold blue flowers to make the concoction just a tad more complex and infinitely more fun!
