Fermented Elderberry Honey

Elderberry is actually proven in clinical trials to make folks less susceptible to and shorten the duration of colds and flu. These berries were grown right in Vineland, NJ and were fermented in locally grown. It's still naturally sweet, but fermenting lends the syrup a healthy dose of probiotics as well as the usual anti-oxidants and vitamins and minerals.
