Mugwort is an interesting plant, and it came up twice in conversation the last few weeks, so I've been thinking about it a lot.
One thing I want to make time to write down here is that Mugwort helps with lucid dreaming because it is a stimulant. This is not a bedtime tea for folks looking to get a good night's sleep. In fact, I use Mugwort as a replacement for coffee at times. Lucid dreaming does not happen in the deepest stages of sleep, and Mugwort keeps the mind/body quite literally more LUCID to induce this effect. This is also why many herbalists recommend simply using the mugwort as a sachet under the pillow. A little goes a long way and ingestion is not at all necessary - especially if you find yourself very sensitive to its effects.
